CULTURED COCONUT WATER, FROM YOUNG, GREEN COCONUTS, AMONG SAMPLES TO TRY AT KICK-OFF SEMINAR

Cultured coconut kefir, a highly nutritious but unusual drink is just one of the many food and drink samples that will be offered at the DIET STUDY KICK-OFF SEMINAR by the presenters, Martha M. Grout, MD, MD(H), of The Crossroads Clinic and Wende Bartolomeo, author of The Forever Healthy Diet, Saturday, June 30, 11:00am.

The water from young coconuts is mineral rich and bursting with enzymes that can be a cleansing tonic for autistic kids. By culturing or fermenting the coconut water, you are getting a very potent, probiotic potion. This Cultured Coconut Kefir drink becomes an important juice replacement or additive for children on The Forever Healthy Diet.

Millet, bone broth, and tree tops & trunks will be among the other unusual foods participants can sample. All of the foods on The Forever Healthy Diet are specially selected to assist autistic children in improving their cognition, behavior, and focus.

Advance registration is required for the FREE seminar and selected families will become part of a one-week diet study conducted by Martha M. Grout, MD, MD(H), of The Crossroads Clinic and Wende Bartolomeo, author of The Forever Healthy Dietä. The Diet Study Seminar is designed to be a kick off , training and information session for diet study participants.

Participants must be willing to visit The Crossroads Clinic for pre and post screening and videotaping, purchase their own food, follow the dietary parameters outlined in the book, The Forever Healthy Diet, complete a before/ after questionnaire, keep daily food logs, and are requested not to participate in any other major therapies such as chelation or hyperbaric oxygen treatment during the term of the diet study.

In return, participants will receive educational training on the diet, continuous guidance and support throughout the duration of the study and a free copy of the book, The Forever Healthy Diet.

Space is limited and ADVANCE REGISTRATION is required. Information is also available at www.CrossroadsClinic.net. Call 480.240.2600 for more information or to register today.
