DDD Meeting with Autism Families
Friday, November 7, 2008 from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Since a number of families have contacted us about concerns regarding their service authorizations through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), we have arranged a special meeting with the Assistant Director of DDD, Barbara Brent, and the Deputy Assistant Director, Al Nieto. The purpose of the meeting is for these DDD staff to hear your concerns, and be able to respond to them.
When: Friday, Nov 7, 9:30-noon
Where: 1717 W. Jefferson, Phoenix.
(1st Floor, Director’s Conference Room 110)
Parking is available next to 1717 W Jefferson as well as in the parking garage immediately next door at 1789 W. Jefferson. Park in any space that is not marked “reserved”.
