For Our Eyes Art Exhibit, 12/06 - 3/07
Thursday, January 18th, 2007ASU’s College of Public Programs recently invited SARRC to join in their inaugural For Our Eyes art exhibit at the downtown campus. Artwork includes photos by SARRC grandparent volunteer Kathi Buss; drawings by Brian Hebert from SARRC’s Community School; ceramic tiles created by Jennifer Espinoza, Instructional Specialist at SARRC; and an acrylic painting by William Kirwan, an 18-year-old with autism. John Micsko, a 17-year-old with autism, is also exhibiting select works from his Alion series and a pen drawing. The goal of the art exhibition is to provide a glimpse of the issues confronted daily by the social services agencies and nonprofits in the downtown Phoenix community.
When: December - March, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday
